Is my shipping tracked?


Yes! Absolutely. All orders are shipped using either a courier service such as Sendle or Australia Post and all items are tracked! We don’t want any parcels go to missing so we track your order from the minute it leaves our warehouse to the minute it arrives at your door! You will be sent an email with your tracking information so that you can see where your parcel is.

We do all that we can to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. Each order is protected, securely packed and tracked. However, once it leaves us, we are no longer in control. We cannot be held liable for delays in shipping. We will of course, always work with you if any issues arise and will ensure that you do receive your products. Every time. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Wellness Home and Life is small business run by a husband and wife team. We try to get your order processed and packed within 2 business days, however, during busy periods, this may be a day or two later. We pack orders a quick as we can! You can be guaranteed that your order has not been forgotten!


Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We prefer to use our courier company to send parcels as shipping times tend to be quicker. Our courier does not deliver to PO BOXES. However, if there are no other options, we can ship your order via Australia Post to your PO BOX.

I haven’t received my parcel

AUSTRALIA POST:

Standard Parcel deliveries take 5 - 7 business days to arrive, and even up to 10 business days to Western Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to launch an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel until this time frame is complete, but you can track your parcel using your tracking number that was emailed to you.

 

COURIER:

Our courier delivers by road which is generally ‘express’. Delivery times are generally 2-3 days, however it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be sent from Melbourne to remote areas.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty we will refund you within 30 days if a manufacturers warranty is not applicable to the item. We will require you to send us photo evidence. However, we do not refund or process cancellations due to change of mind. Please email info@wellnesshomeandlife.com.au and we will be able to assist you if your product is damaged or faulty.

Can I order a product when it is out of stock?


Yes absolutely you can! Our stock is always turning over and some products are so popular that they sell out almost as quick as we get it in. We have allowed our customers to purchase these products when they are out of stock because new shipments are always arriving. Out of stock items are generally shipped within 7-10 days.


Don’t worry! We will not have forgotten about your order! You will be emailed as soon as your item has been shipped with your tracking information.
