Is my shipping tracked?
Yes! Absolutely. All orders are shipped using either a courier service such as Couriers Please, Fastway or Australia Post and every single item is tracked! As soon as we update your tracking details, we will send you your tracking information via email.
We do all that we can to ensure that your order arrives to you safe and sound. Each order is protected, securely packed and tracked. However, once it leaves us, we are no longer in control of shipping times and therefore we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping. We will of course, always work with you if any issues arise and will ensure that you do receive your products, every time.
When will my order be shipped?
Wellness Home and Life is small, family run business. We try to get your order processed and packed within 2 business days, however, during busy periods, this may be a day or two later. We pack orders a quick as we can! You can be guaranteed that your order has not been forgotten!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

AUSTRALIA POST:Standard Parcel deliveries take 5 - 7 business days to arrive, and even up to 10 business days to Western Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to launch an investigation into the whereabouts of your parcel until this time frame is complete, but you can track your parcel using your tracking number that was emailed to you.
COURIER:Our courier delivers by road which is generally ‘express’. Delivery times are generally 2-3 days, however it can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be sent from Melbourne to remote areas and to WA from Melbourne.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty we will refund you within 30 days if a manufacturers warranty is not applicable to the item. We will require you to send us photo/video evidence. However, we do not refund or process cancellations due to change of mind. Please email email@example.com and we will be able to assist you if your product is damaged or faulty.

We take a range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We also offer the following buy now, pay later options - Afterpay & Zip Pay.
We are committed to looking after the globe and the animals and humans that inhabit it. The average Australian sends 1.5 tonnes of waste to landfill every year – we want to change that, and are therefore phasing out all unnecessary packaging. This means that many of the products we stock will be sent to you ‘nude’, just as you see in the product images. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience – we are also partial to fancy packaging.
